Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShopEase Pro's website, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Note: These Terms apply to all users, including buyers, sellers, vendors, and visitors.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases & Payments

When you make a purchase on our Platform, you agree to pay all charges associated with your purchase, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

  • Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in the currency specified. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Taxes: You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Free shipping is available on orders over $50 (or equivalent in local currency).
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of products to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Certain items are non-returnable including perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads.
  • For defective or damaged items, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt.
Holiday Returns: Items purchased between November 1 and December 25 may be returned until January 31.

6. Vendor Terms

If you register as a vendor on our Platform, additional terms apply:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information about your products and business.
  • You are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner.
  • Commission fees will be deducted from your earnings as specified in your vendor agreement.
  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your products and business operations.
  • We reserve the right to remove any products that violate our policies or applicable laws.
  • Vendor accounts require approval and may be suspended or terminated for policy violations.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon intellectual property rights of others.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
  • Using our Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of our Platform.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming other users.
  • Collecting user information without consent.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of ShopEase Pro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without explicit permission.
  • You retain ownership of content you submit to our Platform, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute it.
  • Vendors retain ownership of their product listings and images but grant us permission to display them on our Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopEase Pro and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer: Our Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our Platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our Platform or contact us to request account deletion.
