Admin (Controller) manages the entire platform, approves vendors and products, and oversees all transactions.
Vendor (Seller) lists and sells products, manages their store, and withdraws earnings.
Customer (Buyer) browses products, makes purchases, and leaves reviews.
How do I become a vendor/seller?
Simply click on "Become a Seller" on the signup page, fill in your business details, and submit for admin approval. Once approved, you can start listing your products immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support multiple payment methods including: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
How do I withdraw my earnings as a vendor?
Vendors can withdraw their earnings from the vendor dashboard. You can choose your preferred withdrawal method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Easypaisa, etc.) and request withdrawal. Payments are processed within 2-3 business days.
Is OTP verification mandatory?
